Ezy Logistics provides freight forwarding services including Sea Freight, Air Cargo, Road Freight, Customs Brokerage, and Import/Export Clearance. All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. After submission, customers are required to contact our admin for payment processing. A tracking ID will only be issued after payment has been confirmed.
All shipments must be paid for in full before processing. Payments are verified manually by our admin team. Once payment is confirmed, the booking status will be updated to “Paid” and tracking details will be issued.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the selected service (Sea, Air, or Road). Ezy Logistics works with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery but does not guarantee exact delivery dates due to external factors such as customs delays, weather, or regulatory issues.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipped goods comply with applicable laws and regulations. Our team assists with customs clearance, but any penalties, delays, or seizures due to non-compliance remain the responsibility of the customer.
The shipment of illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods is strictly prohibited. Ezy Logistics reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking that violates international shipping regulations.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure safe handling of goods, Ezy Logistics is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Bookings may only be cancelled before shipment processing begins. Refunds are subject to review and may incur administrative charges depending on the stage of the shipment.
Tracking information will be provided after payment confirmation. Customers can use their tracking ID to monitor shipment progress through our system.
We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information is handled securely and used only for service-related purposes.
Ezy Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
